Action LED Lights guarantees your total satisfaction and offers a 100% Guaranteed Returns policy.

New, unused product can be returned for up to 90 days from purchase, for a full refund (minus shipping). Used product must be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit. We honor the manufacturer's warranty of all the products we sell. Plus, we can even fix your old stuff.

NEW, UNUSED

Lights, batteries and accessories that are "new" and "unused" can be returned to us for a full refund (minus shipping) for up to 90 days from purchase date. To qualify as "New and Unused", the product  must be returned to us in the condition you received it ,and with the original, undamaged box and/or packaging, including manufacturer tags where applicable. In other words, if you used the product, and/or tossed/damaged the box, it is no longer "New or Unused". To arrange a return, contact us for an Return Authorization.

USED AND UNDAMAGED

Lights, batteries, and accessories that do not qualify as "New and Unused" but are otherwise undamaged, and no longer meet with your satisfaction will be issued store credit (minus shipping) in the form of credits applied to your Action LED Lights account, if returned to us with in 30 days of delivery to you. We will not accept the return of damaged, neglected or abused products. To arrange a return, contact us for an Return Authorization.

WARRANTY, EXCHANGES AND REPAIRS

We honor the manufacturer's warranty for all the products we sell. If your product is under warranty, and you feel it is not performing to its best, please contact us for a Warranty Evaluation. We will repair or replace* your product per manufacturer's direction. Each manufacturer offers slightly different warranty coverage and periods. Please refer to our Warranty FAQ's page for more information.

We also offer factory authorized repair services for Gloworm and Gemini Lights, batteries, and accessories that may or may not fall under warranty replacement. If your otherwise fine light has suddenly stopped performing the way it used to, we can probably repair it. To arrange a repair, contact us for an Return Authorization.

*Please note: We cannot ship out exchange or replacement product without first receiving and evaluating your original product at our facility, nor without having issued a valid Return Authorization.
