Includes two velcro straps – one for helmet mounts and one for battery mounts. 
The battery mount strap has hook on one side and loop on the back, and can wrap around the battery and cradle to mount against your frame.
The helmet mount strap is 50cm long, and has hook and loop together on one side and needs to be looped thru the Gloworm helmet mount, then back against itself to secure your light firmly in place on top of your helmet.
