X1 optics are available as a flood, spot or super spot.

The flood makes a wide beam that's good for bar/commuter use or with the head strap for hiking, skiing, or general purpose, slower speed uses.

The spot as expected makes a narrow spot beam with the super spot making a slightly tighter beam.

The X1 comes with the spot installed and one each of the flood and super spot in the box.
